My father lives with my mother in the UK and has advancing Alzheimer’s Disease. He is currently living at home in lockdown and this has been hard on him. I have been supporting him remotely with reminiscing and project support via Zoom. Our work together, using his knowledge and my experience of supporting people living with dementia, has delivered projects to residents in Aged Care settings. In this presentation, I talk about connecting people living with dementia to family, friends, and others who have been distanced geographically, emotionally or socially.
